Cancelling or changing your plan
How to cancel, downgrade, and what happens to your access.
Cancelling is self-service: an owner or admin can cancel from Settings → Billing. If you're partway through a paid billing cycle, your plan's features — seats, personalities, and context retention — stay active until the cycle ends, then your household moves to the Free plan automatically. If you've connected Sivella to Claude, that connection keeps working, but it narrows as soon as you cancel, even during the grace period. It drops from the full set of tools to four read-only ones: Claude can still list your tasks, look one up, search for one, and see who's in your household. What goes is everything else — your calendar and everyone's availability, your budget, ledger and savings goals, your kitchen, pantry and shopping list, your decisions and open items, household energy, and anything Sivella has been asked to remember — along with Claude's ability to create or change anything. Free connections are also limited to 200 requests a month. Resubscribing restores all of it.
There are no refunds for unused time on a cancelled cycle. If you cancel, you keep what you've already paid for until it runs out; there's no partial credit back.
Once the downgrade takes effect, your household's limits change to match the Free plan: fewer members, only the Serenity and Focus personalities, and a shorter context retention window. Nothing is deleted — your existing tasks, decisions, and history stay in place, but new context beyond the Free plan's retention window won't be kept going forward.
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing (owner/admin only).
- Grace period: you keep your current plan until the paid period ends, not immediate downgrade.
- No refunds for time already paid for.
- Changed your mind during the grace period? You can upgrade to a higher tier, but can't undo the cancellation — once the grace period ends, you'll be on Free and can resubscribe to any paid plan.
